My name is Jacqueline Lawson, Founder of Quilly Life. Your visit to our website means a lot to us, thank you for exploring. By way of background here's a brief intro about how Quilly has come to be.
The name Quilly is inspired by the word EQUILIBRIUM. Quilly Life has been in the making for 15+ years. It grew out of my experience of coaching weight loss which led to the discovery that most people, irrespective of body weight, could not in fact define the basics of a well-balanced everyday diet, including myself.

It grew out of my experience of coaching weight loss which led to the discovery that most people, irrespective of body weight, could not in fact define the basics of a well-balanced everyday diet, including myself.

Quilly Life may in the first instance be considered a lifestyle program since I am not a nutritionist or dietician. The practical reality for some of us is that food isn’t easy despite much nutritional data available. The logistics of trying to get the right thing, at the right time, every day, in a world of increasingly busy lifestyles can be daunting.

Ultimately I developed Quilly Life as a solution to be a simple nutrition framework so a person could benchmark their dietary intake to know if it’s actually a well-balanced diet, in line with standard nutrition guidelines. Designed for adults 18+ years old, it is intentionally practical, realistic, and easy to apply in everyday life.
